I highly recommend writing in a journal daily. It is something I sometimes struggle with myself, but I notice that when I do write daily it helps me get out my frustration or agitation, calms my mood, and/or helps me work through my feelings. I suggest writing at a minimum one page first thing in the morning. Write anything! Complaining is fine! Whatever you want to write is great just get it down on the page. Try it for a couple weeks and see if you notice any changes in yourself.
